The “R” in S.O.A.R. stands for “Resolve Conflict”. It is our desire that children learn to solve their own problems with others. By doing so, they will be more prepared to face the world of their future.
Our “Wheel of Choices” (below) is designed to give students appropriate options in their struggles with others. Whenever they can, students should try three of these choices before approaching an adult with an issue.
